"Kerry and her team are fantastic! I have had a number of life changes over the last few years and Kerry has been a wonderful help in assessing how each transition impacts my insurance needs. Her advice is always grounded and honest, and she never tries to upsell me. She takes action quickly and I never worry whether or not there will be timely and consistent follow through with a change. I have also had a less-than-flexible schedule for communicating with the office, and the team has gone above and beyond to accommodate this. I am moving out of state but I really wish I could take Kerry and her team with me!"

"After multiple issues, lack of customer service/responsiveness, and finally having the ball dropped on a claim that had involved $1,000s+ in damaged property that is now just a loss, we will no longer be working with Kerry Smith, or State Farm in general. I'm glad others have had better experiences, unfortunately though that does lead me to believe there was prejudice/discrimination involved in why we personally had so many issues. I'm sure this post will get a reply, but I highly doubt the claim will get handled as a result. Feel free to prove me wrong State Farm, if you truly are like a good neighbor, you'll be there, wearing khakis. Thanks for reading."
